NCC’s SMART program was developed to assist regions in the developing world whose medicine needs for their underserved population is not being addressed. NCC provides a significant level of required specialty, chronic disease, and essential medicines through SMART Partnerships to target countries in this program, which include: the Dominican Republic, Ghana, Nicaragua, Paraguay, and the Philippines. We have capabilities and representatives in these countries and are hands-on throughout the medicine donation process, ensuring that poor patients have access to vital medical goods even when their country’s healthcare system is not functioning to properly assist the poor.
