Blaine M. Borders, M.D.

Chairman

Dr. Borders is a cardiothoracic and vascular surgeon, board certified in surgery and thoracic surgery. He currently serves as the Medical Director of the Heart, Lung, and Vascular Clinic located in Monroe, Louisiana.
